The sizes are sock sizes not shoe sizes. Women that wear a up to a size 8 shoe get the 9-11. If you wear over a size 8 shoe size get the 10-13.  Men that wear a size 9 or ten shoe size get the 10-13 size if you wear a 11 size shoe or over get the 13-15 sock size.
